Laboratoire ICARE has sold a minority stake to MBO Partenaires
Naxicap Partners has sold a minority stake in Laboratoire ICARE to MBO Partenaires. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Laboratoire ICARE is the leader in the French market for microbiological analysis in the health industry through sustained growth since its inception in 1995. The company is composed of a multidisciplinary team, highly skilled and distributed in eight support services and two divisions.
