Jimmy Fairly has been acquired by Experienced Capital Partners SAS

Odyssee Venture, a French private equity fund, has sold a 46% stake in Jimmy Fairly to Experienced Capital Partners SAS (ECP) for an undisclosed consideration. ECP has also made an additional investment to further develop the company.

France-based Jimmy Fairly designs and sells glasses in exclusive shops. The company offers a collection of high-end eyeglasses at a revolutionary price and with a positive social impact. Jimmy Fairly is the online destination for fashion and design enthusiasts looking for spectacles adapted to their unique vision.

ECP is a French private equity fund specialized in retail, investing in brands with high potential. The firm positions itself as a growth accelerator and partner of investment funds or family offices. Experienced Capital Partners invests between US$2–20 million.
