Jimmy Fairly has been acquired by Experienced Capital Partners SAS
January 2017 — Odyssee Venture, a French private equity fund, has sold a 46% stake in Jimmy Fairly to Experienced Capital Partners SAS (ECP) for an undisclosed consideration. ECP has also made an additional investment to further develop the company.

ECP is a French private equity fund specialized in retail, investing in brands with high potential. The firm positions itself as a growth accelerator and partner of investment funds or family offices. Experienced Capital Partners invests between US$2–20 million.
