AvenAo Industrie has sold Prod IG to 1Life
October 2017 — AvenAo Industrie (AvenAo), an expert in industrial innovative solutions, has sold Prod-IG to 1Life, an integrator of management solutions, for an undisclosed consideration.
ProdIG is a value-added reseller of the Yourcegid Manufacturing ERP solution, edited by Cegid.
1Life is the main reseller of Yourcegid Manufacturing PMI ERP (edited by Cegid), offering complementary and innovative modules. The company serves its clients through its teams in Lyon, Paris, Nantes and Montpellier.
AvenAo, an expert in industrial innovative solutions, offers global support to professionals and their innovation projects. The group is specialized in advisory and integration in technological solutions along the value chain: conception, production management and additive manufacturing. AvenAo, with 15 years' experience, has 130 employees, 12 agencies in France and Belgium, five entities (A-S3D, 3dservicad, Creatix3D, Prod-IG, LDM Factory) and serves 3,000 customers.
