Office Concierge Limited has been acquired by Groupe Armonia
The shareholders of Office Concierge Limited have sold the company to Groupe Armonia, a French corporate reception services provider. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Founded in 2002, Office Concierge was the first company in London to develop and launch the concept of a totally outsourced solution for reception management services. The company delivers front-of-house concierge and lifestyle services to more than 220 offices in the City, Canary Wharf and the West End. Office Concierge has 550 employees and generates annual revenues of US$26 million.
Groupe Arnonia is a French corporate reception services provider, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sofinord. Founded in 1974, Sofinord is a French family-owned group with subsidiaries that include ICTS, Phone Régie, Muséa, Mahola Hôtesses, Mahola, Côme, Facilitess, Facilevent, Avenir RH, CESG, and Hoteling. The group generates annual revenues of over US$1 billion with approximately 20,000 employees.
Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, advised the shareholders of Office Concierge on the sale of the business to Armonia.
