CliniDom, a French company specialized in home care support, has been acquired by Korian Group. Financial details have nor been disclosed.
CliniDom offers an alternative to traditional hospitalization for people with serious, acute or chronic, progressive and/or unstable conditions by providing coordinated care at home. The company's mission is to care for the patient on a daily basis and to provide local medical and paramedical care at home.
Korian Group is a France-based company that operates healthcare facilities and medical establishments. The group's services include long-term care nursing homes, post-acute and rehabilitation care clinics, assisted living facilities and home care services. Korian Group has more than 600 nursing homes in France, Germany, Italy and Belgium.
