Bosman Bedrijven has been acquired by VINCI Energies Netherlands
The shareholders of Bosman Bedrijven have sold the company to VINCI Energies Netherlands.
Bosman Bedrijven, founded in 1959, is a knowledge and project management company that leverages an integrated approach of electrical, mechanical and sanitary engineering for building installations and maintenance. The company advises and works with clients throughout the entire design and engineering process. Bosman Bedrijvenhas invested heavily in Building Information Modelling which is crucial in the design and engineering phase. Based on the BREEAM and WELL principles, Bosman Bedrijven is able to improve and guarantee sustainability and high quality living and working conditions in existing buildings.
Hans van Dijk, Director and Shareholder of Bosman Bedrijven, said: "Since our transition in 2012, during which we have developed from a production-oriented organization to a knowledge and management company, all our strategic and financial objectives have been realized.
