ServeTek has acquired Professional Kitchen KK-Service Oy and its two sister companies
ServeTek has acquired Professional Kitchen KK-Service Oy along with its sister companies, Karose Oy and SKR Varaosat Oy. These acquisitions further strengthen the group’s presence in Finland.
Backed by Swedish Aspira Partners, ServeTek is a newly created Nordic platform and a leader in the aftermarket segment for food service and hygiene equipment.
Professional Kitchen KK-Service Oy and its sister companies, Karose Oy and SKR Varaosat Oy, specialize in the full-service installation and maintenance of professional kitchen refrigeration and heating equipment, expert spare parts sales and large-scale kitchen installations. They serve customers across the shipping, healthcare, hospitality and restaurant sectors.
Oaklins’ team in Finland acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor to Aspira Partners and their newly created platform, ServeTek, in relation to the Finnish market.
