Bianchessi Auto has been acquired by Autotorino

Bianchessi Auto S.r.l. has been acquired by Autotorino S.p.A. through the purchase of 100% of the company’s shares. The transaction strengthens Autotorino’s presence in the heart of Lombardy, Italy, with four new locations in Cremona and Castelverde joining the group through the integration of the Bianchessi dealerships.

Bianchessi Auto, headquartered in Cremona, specializes in the retail distribution of passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles and related spare parts. Within the same province, the company also provides comprehensive after-sales services, including assistance, maintenance and repair for both passenger and commercial vehicles. In addition, Bianchessi Auto engages in the sale of pre-owned vehicles and offers short- and long-term rental solutions.

Founded in 1965, Autotorino operates Italy’s largest network of dealerships for new and used vehicles. The company operates 62 locations, employs approximately 2,000 people and has branches across Lombardy, Piedmont, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna and Lazio. Autotorino focuses on the retail sale of passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles, as well as related spare parts, and provides after-sales services across several provinces in Northern Italy. Through two wholly owned subsidiaries, the company also imports and distributes wholesale vehicles and spare parts under the Ineos, Xpeng and KGM brands throughout Italy. To a lesser extent, Autotorino is active in motorcycle sales in selected Northern Italian provinces and supplies passenger vehicles and vans to rental and leasing companies nationwide.
