Assisteo Recrutement has been acquired by Domino Group

Assisteo Recrutement has announced the sale of their temporary staffing business line to the Domino Group for an undisclosed consideration.

Assisteo Recrutement is a temporary staffing company specialized in medical positions (doctors, nurses, etc.) and social workers. The company is based near Paris but operates nationwide and with candidates sourcing activities in Spain.

After having contacted potential acquirors, including both HNW individuals and mid-sized temporary staffing companies, Assisteo Recrutement was sold to the diversified HR player Domino Group, a temporary staffing group.

Oaklins' team in France advised the seller in this transaction.
