Associate

Aurèle is an associate at Oaklins France. He supports clients and experienced M&A advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials. He also participates in pitches, meetings and during negotiation phases. Recent transactions he has been involved in include advising Radio Alouette’s teams and their shareholders on an equity restructuring and the acquisition by Compagnie Léa Nature of a minority stake in Groupe Jarnoux, a world leader in organic and frozen crêpes.

Before joining Oaklins in 2024, Aurèle worked in M&A at Clairfield International and Acticam, and in investment banking at Natixis CIB. He graduated from IGR IAE and Audencia Business School.
