Mathis is an analyst at Oaklins France. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2026, Mathis had completed internships as an M&A analyst at Philippe Hottinguer Finance and Access Finance. He has a dual master’s degree in finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management and Aston University (Birmingham, UK).
