Senior Associate

Roman is a senior associate at Oaklins Switzerland. He has worked on several buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in different industries as well as business valuations and purchase price allocations, with a particular focus on business analysis, financial modeling and valuations. Notable clients he has advised include AutoForm, Gleason, Goldbach, SeaKing, Sonova and Straumann.

Roman joined the firm in 2015 after graduating. He has a master’s in business administration from the University of Bern and in finance from the Simon Business School of the University of Rochester, NY. During his studies, he worked in the controlling department of SAP Switzerland.
