Amica Group is the largest Polish manufacturer of household appliances and one of the top companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in terms of recognition.

Srl Elettrodomestici is an Italian branded white goods manufacturer, offering a wide range of household and kitchen appliances.

Oaklins' teams in Poland and Italy acted jointly in a strategic advisory role for Amica. They selected a number of Italian targets and negotiated with some of them. Srl Elettrodomestici was the selected firm and a due diligence process was carried out as well as a NBO issued.
