GCSEPod (Soundbite Learning) has been acquired by Access Group
The owners of GCSEPod (Soundbite Learning), a market-leading digital learning and assessment platform, have sold the company to Access Group.
Soundbite Learning is a subscription-based platform which operates primarily through its B2B branded offering, GCSEPod. Trusted by over 1,700 schools in 40+ countries and with over 10 years in the sector, GCSEPod has expertise in developing continuously award-winning content in a rapidly changing environment. With a library of approximately 6,500 short-form videos (pods) which are exam-style assignments, it covers 27 subjects.
Access Group is a leading provider of business management software and solutions to mid-sized UK and Asia-Pacific organizations.
Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, advised on the sale of GCSEPod (Soundbite Learning) to Access Group.
