Industrial Stars of Italy 4 SpA has completed an IPO on the Euronext Growth Milan market
July 2021 — Industrial Stars of Italy 4 SpA (Indstars 4) has completed an IPO on the Euronext Growth Milan market, raising US$163.7 million, which will be used to support the internationalization plans of a still-to-be-selected Italian industrial leader with whom the SPAC will merge.
Industrial Stars of Italy 4 SpA (Indstars 4) is the fourth SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) led by the promoters Giovanni Cavallini, Attilio Arietti, Davide Milano and Enrico Arietti, following Industrial Stars of Italy SpA, which completed its business combination with LU-VE SpA in 2015, Industrial Stars of Italy 2 SpA, which merged with SIT Group in February 2017, and Industrial Stars of Italy 3 SpA, which merged with Salcef Group in 2019.

Oaklins Italy’s parent company Banca Akros acted as joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner in the IPO of the SPAC Industrial Stars of Italy 4 on the Euronext Growth Milan market.
