doValue has finalized a rights issue

doValue has successfully completed a rights issue. The capital increase was implemented to finance doValue’s acquisition of Gardant.

With over 20 years of experience and approximately US$144 billion (€137 billion) in gross assets under management (gross book value), the company operates in Italy, Spain, Greece and Cyprus. doValue Group contributes to economic growth by promoting the sustainable development of the financial system. It offers an integrated range of credit management services, including servicing of non-performing loans (NPL), unlikely to pay (UTP), early arrears, performing loans, master legal, due diligence, financial data processing, master servicing activities and asset management focused on investment solutions for institutional investors, particularly in the segment of impaired and illiquid loans.

Oaklins Italy’s parent company, Banca Akros, acted as the joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner in doValue’s rights issue.
