Canalizado Express is Solgas’ carved-out residential piped gas business, managing the continuous supply of LPG through dedicated pipeline networks in multifamily buildings and residential complexes.
DocéGas is a Peruvian company specializing in the bulk distribution of LPG to households, businesses, industries and service stations. The company operates a nationwide network and leverages monitoring systems to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of energy solutions.
Solgas is a Peruvian company with a nationwide presence, focused on the distribution and commercialization of LPG. The company delivers energy solutions to the residential, commercial, industrial and automotive sectors through an extensive network of plants, distribution centers and strategic partners, enabling a safe and continuous supply across the country.
Oaklins’ team in Peru acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Solgas in the sale of 100% of its residential piped gas business. The mandate included identifying and approaching potential buyers, as well as supporting the preparation of the sale process, including pitching, due diligence, share purchase agreement (SPA) negotiations and coordinating the operational transition to ensure service continuity and risk mitigation.
