The shareholders of Childers Roofing & Sheet Metal have sold the company to Tecta America.
Childers Roofing & Sheet Metal is a southeast USA-based, professionally managed provider of roofing services to commercial, institutional and government clients. The company serves a variety of customers, including private schools and colleges, churches, healthcare facilities, general contractors, architects, engineers and industrial facilities.
Based in Rosemont, Illinois, Tecta America is the leading national commercial roofing company in the USA. Its services include installation, replacement, new construction, repairs, disaster response, portfolio management and advanced sustainability options.
