Adria Dental Group (ADG) has acquired Implant Centre Martinko (ICM) from a private individual who was also its head surgeon. This investment represents a significant strategic move for ADG, marking its entry into the Italian market, strengthening its position in Croatia and opening new opportunities for growth. Both entities will see improvements in patient care quality through this collaboration, and ICM employees will benefit from enhanced working conditions.
ICM is a renowned Croatian dental implant center, with a clinic in Zagreb and two clinics in Milan and Trieste, Italy. It offers a range of services, including dental implantology, prosthetics and conservative and aesthetic dentistry. The company is a pioneer in positioning Croatia as a destination for high-quality dental services in the EU market and beyond.
Adria Dental Group is the largest dental group in the Adriatic region, operating 12 clinics across Croatia and Slovenia, over 150 cutting-edge dental offices and nine high-end laboratories. The group employs over 700 professionals and treats nearly 55,000 patients annually.
Provectus Capital Partners (PCP) is a private equity firm operating in Southeast Europe, with a primary focus on investments in healthcare companies across Croatia and neighboring countries such as Slovenia.
