FDC joins Total Specific Solutions (TSS)
Introduction
Insurance Datacenter A/S (“FDC”), one of Scandinavia's largest providers of IT solutions for the insurance and pension industry, joins Total Specific Solutions ("TSS"). Oaklins was engaged as advisor to TSS in Denmark. The acquisition of FDC is TSS 'second acquisition in the Nordic region in the last 12 months. FDC's owners were the insurance companies Gjensidige, Bupa Global and the health insurance “danmark”.
