DLH sold to Treschow-Fritzøe and Ljunghold

Introduction

Oaklins was strategic and financial advisor for DLH A/S in the sale of all its operating activities to a consortium consisting of the Norwegian company Treschow-Fritzøe AS and the Swedish company Ljunghold AB.

DLH A/S is a listed, market leading importer and distributor of wood-based panel products to the construction trade industry and DIY retailers in Denmark. The transaction is the result of a strategic review process, that Oaklins since March 2019 has completed for the Board of Directors in DLH A/S.
