Oaklins supports successful management buy-out Holland Haag

Holland Haag, leading supplier of curtains, has announced that general manager Agaath den Heijer and commercial director Rob Appel, have completed a management buyout of the business. The deal means Agaath den Heijer en Rob Appel acquire 100% of the shares from Bob Bruijn.

Holland Haag was founded in 1920 by Bob’s great-grandfather, F.J. Visser. The sale is a new milestone for Holland Haag, which will fuel the company’s growth ambitions, said Rob Appel. The firm owns three brands: Catch, Holland Haag and Cachet.

The agreement was completed on 4 June 2019. Mr. Bob Bruijn was advised by Oaklins, the number one independent financial advisory firm in the Netherlands.
