Ctac completes acquisition of Purple Square

Oaklins supports Business & Cloud Integrator Ctac N.V. (Ctac) (Euronext Amsterdam: CTAC) in the acquisition of 70% of the shares in Purple Square Management Partners B.V. (Purple Square), a specialist in Programme & Project management and Change management. 

The acquisition of the majority stake in Purple Square fits well within Ctac’s business model and strategy. Ctac aims to provide its clients with added value in their digital transformation journey, not only by offering the right IT solutions, but also through its active involvement during the business transformation. Purple Square will continue to operate as a standalone company within the Ctac Group.

Purple Square will contribute to the growth of our Consultancy activities as of the 2020 financial year. The acquisition will also contribute to Ctac’s EBITDA and earnings per share. PIETER-PAUL SAASEN, CFO CTAC

Ctac’s strategy is aimed at taking up leading positions in the following domains: IT modernisation, Connected Intelligence, Transformation & Change Management, Security & Trust, and Business Transformation.
