Notable deals include the sale of Frontier Systems to the Boeing Company, Scaled Composites to Northrop Grumman, Advatech Pacific CDS to General Dynamics, Composite Engineering to Kratos, GE (Santa Ana division) to Admiralty Partners, and Honeywell (lubrication pump division) to TransDigm. Steve serves as the co-leader of Oaklins’ global Aerospace & Defense practice and has completed numerous cross border transactions.
