Oaklins recently hosted a webinar dedicated to M&A opportunities and challenges in aerospace & defense (A&D) featuring an all-star panel of experts from some of the sector’s leading companies. Moderated by Stephen Perry, our A&D specialist from Oaklins Janes Capital in Irvine, USA, the discussion covered a broad range of themes with a particular emphasis on strategic and private equity investors.
The conversation looked at high-growth areas, M&A processes and valuations, among other themes, while also looking ahead to the next 12 to 24 months.
