Talent Base has been acquired by Loihde
Oaklins' team in Finland advised the owners of Talent Base on the sale of the company to Loihde Group.

It was founded in 2007 by three talented entrepreneurs, united by common vision for the future of digital transformation services. Since then, Talent Base has grown into €7.4m revenue company with the diverse team of 57 interdisciplinary experts in Finland and Sweden. The company’s clients are typically large enterprises planning digital transformation of their businesses. Through this transaction Talent Base is able to offer its customers more comprehensive services and invest into the further business growth.
Loihde Group (previously Viria) is an expert organization specializing in digital development and security solutions. Loihde helps customers create growth and competitiveness through digitalization while ensuring the security of people and information and the continuity of business. The Group has 700+ employees and reached the revenue of €107m in 2020. This acquisition strengthens Loihde’s digital development operations and adds management consulting capabilities to the existing digital service offering.
