Meet our new colleague Kit Gaup

We are proud to present our newly hired Senior Associate, Kit Gaup. Kit is an assertive and ambitious corporate finance professional with long experience with M&A transactions from the Corporate perspective. He has worked sell-side and buy-side transactions within real estate, transportation infrastructure, technology and software. Previous work experience includes working for TFDS, Avinor AS and Puzzel AS. Kit was head of M&A in the latter, and prepared the company for sale, resulting in a hugely successful exit for his Private Equity owners. His skills within Data-warehousing and complex financial modelling was instrumental in this process.

Kit has a Master of Science in Energy Management from Moscow State University of Foreign Relations and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and is a Certified Financial Analyst (AFA).

Oaklins warmly welcome Kit onboard and looks forward to benefitting from his experience and specialized corporate finance skills.
