CAG AMned has sold a majority stake to Gate Invest

CAG AMned has secured an investment from Gate Invest.

CAG AMned is a high-growth Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) company in the Netherlands with a specific focus on safe and healthy buildings, where it holds a top-thee market position. Furthermore, the company is the Dutch market leader in legionella prevention services. CAG AMned is headquartered in Reeuwijk, the Netherlands, and also operates from a location in Stuttgart, Germany.

Gate Invest was launched in 2016 as a new, independent investment firm in the Dutch market. Gate Invest is focused on providing capital and entrepreneurial support to entrepreneurs and management teams that are looking to accelerate the growth and development of their businesses. CAG AMned is Gate Invest’s first portfolio company.
