id verde, a portfolio company of Core Equity Holdings, has acquired BTL.
id verde is a France and UK-based landscaping company. It is a leading green service provider in amenity horticulture, focusing on parks and open space management, grounds maintenance, tree surgery, street cleansing and landscape design and build, plus civil engineering and winter services.
Core Equity Holdings is a Belgium-based private equity firm with a long-term investment horizon. The company has a pan-European focus and invests in companies active in the industrial, consumer and retail, healthcare and business services sectors.
BTL offers landscaping services since 1962. The company sets up and maintains green spaces, ranging from city centers and company premises to parks and rural areas. The landscaping service offering is complemented with consultancy and tree care services. BTL is active in the Netherlands and has15 locations.
Oaklins' team in the Netherlands acted as the exclusive M&A buy-side advisor to id verde and its majority shareholder Core Equity Holdings in this transaction.
