The management and Oost NL have sold a strategic stake in Energie Transitie Groep to Greenchoice
The management of Energie Transitie Groep and Oost NL, a regional investment company, have sold a strategic stake in the company to Greenchoice, a Dutch independent green energy provider.
Energie Transitie Groep is active in supplying renewable electricity and gas to consumers in the Dutch market through its brand Huismerk Energie, and to businesses through its brand De Groene Stroomfabriek. In addition, Energie Transitie Groep is active in purchasing, selling and trading electricity, gas and guarantees of origin; purchasing PPAs; and hedging electricity and gas positions.
