Contiweb has sold its Thallo web-offset packaging business to manroland Goss
The shareholders of Contiweb have sold its Thallo web-offset packaging business, including all intellectual property rights, to manroland Goss web systems GmbH. The acquisition allows manroland Goss to expand its product portfolio.
Contiweb is a leader in the development, production, sales and support of state-of-the-art web-offset printing presses and web-fed auxiliaries for a wide range of commercial, packaging and label printing applications. It also supplies auxiliary systems such as splicers and dryers to the printing industry.
manroland Goss is a supplier of web-offset printing solutions. The company provides solutions for highly automated press and post-press equipment and solutions for mechanical, automation and closed-loop upgrades for all types of presses.
Oaklins’ team in the Netherlands acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Contiweb.
