(Faber), together with its subsidiaries Faber Personeelsdiensten B.V. and Faber Project Parters B.V. to Bencis Capital Partners B.V., an independent private equity firm based in the Netherlands.

Faber provides personnel services to painting companies. Faber’s services include payroll, staffing and recruitment. The company has a market leading position in this niche in the Netherlands.

Bencis Capital Partners B.V. is an independent private equity firm targeting medium sized companies in the Benelux countries.
