Oaklins offers anyone the opportunity to submit grievances regarding its conduct or services and to report (suspected) misconduct or breaches of European Union law. Such reports are handled in accordance with the whistleblowing procedure. Oaklins also welcomes the submission of general complaints and reports.

Each complaint or report is handled with due care and confidentiality. Depending on its nature and
content, the appropriate procedure will be followed. Both grievances and complaints can be submitted to:
