Wietske Wentrup

HR Manager

Wietske is the HR manager at Oaklins Netherlands, responsible for the full scope of HR activities, including but not limited to talent development, recruitment, performance management and HR strategy. She ensures HR processes are executed efficiently and supports the management team in building a strong and supportive working environment.

Before joining Oaklins in 2025, Wietske worked as the HR manager at NHP Investments, a company that collaborates exclusively with, although it is independent from, Morgan Stanley. She also worked at Pon Holdings in various roles. Wietske has a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
