Gilde Equity Management Benelux has sold Conclusion to the management team and NPM Capital. Financial details have not been disclosed.

NPM Capital is a Dutch private equity investor focusing on buy-out transactions through the acquisition of both a controlling or a substantial minority interest in companies that operate in the Benelux. Companies NPM Capital invests in have an enterprise value up to US$500 million.
Gilde Equity Management Benelux is an independent private equity firm with a focus on the Benelux mid-market segment.
