D&B The Facility Group has acquired DSO Facilitaire Diensten
D&B The Facility Group (D&B), one of the fastest growing organizations in the Netherlands, has acquired a 50% stake in DSO Facilitaire Diensten (DSO).
Headquartered in Amsterdam, D&B offers a broad package of facility management services including hospitality, security and mail room services. Clients include well-known companies such as UPC, WTC Amsterdam and TNT.
“With the acquisition of DSO, we have obtained a firmer grasp on the quality of our cleaning activities and are able to offer our clients an integrated package of high-quality facility management services", commented Bas Hertz, CEO and shareholder of D&B.
Having added DSO to its portfolio, D&B has moved forward in its strategy to offer an integrated package of high quality facility management services.
Located in Eemnes, DSO is a facility management company specialized in cleaning. It is active in the Amsterdam area and is well-known for its high quality services.
Oaklins' small cap advisory team in the Netherlands acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders of D&B.
