Metacon Industrimek AS has sold a 60% stake to Frigaard Gruppen AS
November 2015 — Metacon Holding AS has sold a 60% stake in Metacon Industrimek AS to Frigaard Gruppen AS. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Established in 1997, Metacon Industrimek is a leading supplier of steel structures and complete steel buildings, primarily to the eastern region of Norway.
Founded in 2004, Frigaard Gruppen AS focuses on three business areas: commerce and industry, real estate and property development, and investments.
