Little Sleepies has received a majority equity investment

October 2021 — Little Sleepies, LLC has received a majority equity investment from Cortec Group.

Little Sleepies is a leading children’s apparel brand disrupting the traditional sleepwear and older children’s apparel markets with its functional, high-quality, and affordably priced products. The brand consists of six core categories: zippies, pajamas, adult, nursery, apparel and accessories. All products are crafted with buttery soft and eczema-friendly bamboo viscose fabric and come in a range of unique prints and sizes that fit all ages. The company’s award-winning designs help simplify diaper changes for parents and extend the fit of products by up to three times the industry standard. Little Sleepies sells its products primarily direct-to-consumer through its website. Over the past three years, Little Sleepies has attracted a loyal customer base of parents and influencers who frequently promote and engage with the brand through social media. As a result, the company has developed a rapidly growing, loyal and high-order-frequency customer base.

Cortec Group is a private equity firm with more than 35 years of experience acquiring primarily entrepreneur-led and family-owned US and Canadian middle-market companies. By closely partnering with management teams to build better and larger businesses, the firm has delivered consistently strong returns to its investors.
