Åsane Auto AS has been acquired by OTH AS

The private shareholders of Asane Auto AS have sold the company to OTH AS for an undisclosed consideration.

Founded in 1983, Asante Auto AS is a well-established car dealer and authorized repair shop for Citroën and SsangYong in the region of Bergen. The company also trades second-hand cars, and carries out EU inspections and repairs on other car brands. Åsane Auto has established a solid customer base in the professional and retail market.

OTH AS is a privately-owned holding company. OTH will actively participate in the daily operation of Asane Auto.

Oaklins' team in Norway acted as financial advisor to the seller in this transaction.
