Åsane Auto AS has been acquired by OTH AS
September 2012 — The private shareholders of Asane Auto AS have sold the company to OTH AS for an undisclosed consideration.
Founded in 1983, Asante Auto AS is a well-established car dealer and authorized repair shop for Citroën and SsangYong in the region of Bergen. The company also trades second-hand cars, and carries out EU inspections and repairs on other car brands. Åsane Auto has established a solid customer base in the professional and retail market.
OTH AS is a privately-owned holding company. OTH will actively participate in the daily operation of Asane Auto.
