Norsk Pumpeservice & NP Eiendom has been acquired by Otto Olsen Holding AS

Otto Olsen Holding AS has acquired Norsk Pumpeservice AS and NP Eiendom AS for an undisclosed consideration.

Norsk Pumpeservice AS, a leading distributor of water supply pumps and well drilling equipment in the Norwegian market, has since 1983 delivered installations for water supply to cabins and households. The company sells submersible pumps under the brand name Albatros. Norsk Pumpeservice AS is also a major supplier of drilling equipment from reputable manufacturers.

NP Eiendom AS is a real estate company with properties in the municipality of Fet. The company’s properties are leased to Norsk Pumpeservice AS.

Otto Olsen Holding AS is owned by Ole Melhus who also owns several other companies. The subsidiary company, Otto Olsen AS, is the group’s largest. Otto Olsen AS supplies the Norwegian industry with technical industrial products.
