Tandem is an acquisition vehicle established to acquire Compagnia dei Caraibi through a public tender offer.
Compagnia dei Caraibi engages in the sourcing, selection, import, distribution, promotion and brand development of wines and spirits. It is a listed entity with a widely dispersed shareholder base.
