Andrew Jeffs

Andrew is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK, where he heads the business services team. He has worked across a number of key segments within the business services sector, including training, managed print, real estate management, recruitment, broadcast services and public sector outsourcing. His recent transactions include the sales of TC Group to Inflexion, Micro Nav and Global ATS to Indra Sistemas S.A. and Symatrix to AST Corporation.

Previously, Andrew was an associate director at UBS in the London M&A team, where he worked on the demerger of Brambles and Cleanaway from GKN. He graduated from Oxford University in 1997 with an honors degree in philosophy, politics and economics.
