Smoove plc has received an all-cash offer from PEXA Group Limited (ASX: PXA).

Smoove is a UK-based software solutions provider for the housing market, offering a greater choice and efficient solutions. Its products help home movers, conveyancing professionals and estate agents to save time and improve communication between parties.

PEXA Group Limited is a world-leading ASX-listed digital property exchange platform and property insight solutions business.

Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, is delighted to have acted as sole financial and rule 3 advisor for Smoove in relation to its all-cash offer from ASX-listed PEXA.
