The management team has acquired a stake in Fepi Group

The management team of Fepi Group has acquired the remaining shares needed to have a majority stake in the company.

The management team has benefited from a vendor loan facility from the seller.

Fepi Group is a distributor of tobacco and wine, and includes the following companies: International Tabacos, the largest tobacco wholesaler in Portugal; Internacional Vinhos, the major beverage distributor, with more than 35 years in the Portuguese market; and IT Tabacarias, a chain of tobacco stores.

Sogepoc is a Portuguese agri-food group, with a presence in Portugal, Spain and Chile. The group operates in three main business areas: tomato concentrate, livestock – mainly cows and pigs – and nut production.
