BRM has been acquired by Alta Resources
The shareholders of BRM have sold the company to Alta Resources, a leading customer relations business process outsourcer.
BRM is a Colombian company with over 15 years of experience providing customer solutions and digital marketing services. The company offers a wide range of services, including online and offline customer solution experiences across multiple channels (phone, social media, email and live chat), as well as a range of digital marketing solutions. It employs more than 1,400 people and has over 1,850 installed workstations. BRM serves the leading financial institutions, retail, telecommunications, transportation and food & beverage companies in the region.
Founded in 1995, Alta Resources has an integrated service offering, which includes customer care, sales, e-commerce and back office. From locations across North America and into Asia and Central America, Alta Resources builds customer loyalty and solves complex challenges for the world’s biggest brands.
