The shareholders of Jacques Remy & fils have sold the company to a group of Belgian investors active in the fruit and vegetables sector.

Based in Belgium, Jacques Remy & fils is a wholesaler of fruits and vegetables. The company specializes in the import and export of fresh, prepackaged fruit and vegetables in Belgium, Luxembourg and the north of France.
