Grupo Agris comprou a Tibi pet shops
O Grupo Agris através da sua subsidiária Agridistribuição, comprou a Tibi-Nutrição Animal, um empresa de lojas de animais a operar no mercado Português.
O Grupo Agris, é uma empresa familiar Portuguesa que opera em areas como o retalho especializado, distribuição grossista especializada e distribuição alimentar. Com esta aquisição, a Agridistribuição expande o seu portfolio, que já inclui a Agriloja e a Agrivet, reforçando e diversificando a sua posição no negocio das lojas de animais.
A Tibi-Nutrição Animal é uma empresa de lojas de animais a operar na região do Algarve em Portugal, e conta já com sete lojas. A Tibi também presta serviços veterinários.
A equipa da Oaklins em Portugal assessorou o Grupo Agris no processo de aquisição.
