Anders Midtgaard

Manager

Anders is a manager at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark. He is responsible for transaction-related tasks, such as financial modeling and analysis, the creation of pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations and other material for existing and potential clients. He has advised on a range of M&A deals in various sectors, including TMT, construction & engineering services and industrial machinery & components. Notable transactions include the sale of Maturix to Saint-Gobain, the sale of PICit to Arcadea Group and the acquisitions of Nordkabel and Stantraek by Novedo.

Anders joined Oaklins in 2021. He has a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s in finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
