Valentin is an associate director at Oaklins Henslow in Australia. With over 10 years’ professional experience across corporate advisory, investment banking, transaction services and taxation, he has worked on a range of transactions providing valuation, transaction and M&A advisory services. He has been responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients across a variety of industries at both Oaklins Henslow and in his previous roles, including some of Australia’s largest private companies.

Valentin worked in tax and business advisory services at Deloitte before moving to the M&A corporate advisory team at SW Australia, where he became a manager. He joined Oaklins Henslow in 2021.
